We cannot guarantee availability on your dates or to take on more work than we are able to during certain seasons. Inquiry Process
Here’s what to expect when you fill out this form!
Client (you!) submits this online form
Rebecca responds via email, answering any questions and offering to set up a phone call or meeting if needed
For weddings, we will definitely have either a phone call or meeting. During that call, we’ll talk through expectations, schedule, responsibilities, and answer questions on both sides!
Once both parties have agreed the shoot is a good fit, Rebecca will write up and send over your contract for your review!
You have 30 days to ask any more questions and return the contract and the 10% deposit.
For weddings, we work together to finalize day of schedule by 1 week prior to the wedding.
If desired, we can set up another phone call a couple weeks out from wedding to make sure details are all in order.
By 1 week prior to shoot, client has submitted all checklist items (checklist will be provided during this process)
By day of shoot, client has paid in full.
Up to 8 weeks after shoot, final gallery is delivered!
